Lena y Ethan en este segundo libro se van a ir distanciando a partir del entierro de Macon, tanto que al final Ethan no sabe si están juntos o no. Entonces aparece el tío de la Harley, que tiene nombre pero no me acuerdo de cual, el tío de la Harley no es un Caster como Lena, es una especie de Híbrido único, y muy poderoso.
Lena, que se siente culpable de la muerte de Macon, todavía no ha Cristalizado en Oscuridad o Luz, ahora tiene un ojo verde y el otro dorado, y piensa que se esta pasando Dark side.
