After a long absence, classes become contact sports at the Swimming Club de Catalunya.

About 16 people for classes at all levels make up the new group where the main objective is to learn, enjoy and most of all sweat!!

In this second stage, classes are taught Monday and Wednesday from 20:30 to 21:30 am for ages 14 and older.

taught sessions covering a wide variety of fighting techniques with particular stress upon the full contact, kickboxing, boxing, taekwondo and end with a physical workout varied to search for the highest performance possible.

Wednesday from 21:30 to 22:00 hs fights are held in the different modalities for the implementation of the techniques that are freely available to practitioners who want to try what they have learned, prepare competitions or have the closest contact reality.

All interested are waiting in the described schedules to spend very moment!
