recall on this occasion Diez Juan Pablo Duarte, a prominent intellectual, political, military ideologue and polyglot, one of the heroes of the nation and founder of the Dominican Republic, was born in Santo Domingo on January 26, 1813, son of English Juan Jose Duarte and Manuela Diez Dominican.
